Sometimes we plan a fun day and a personal situation or unforeseen weather system spoils the party! Though we cannot issue full refunds, Wild Blue Ropes is always happy to provide a voucher for a future visit or reschedule an event at another agreeable time.
Just call us – we’ll help you reschedule! If you don’t have a new date or time in mind, we will send you a gift card to use when you do decide to rebook.
Kindly note: If you do not contact us before your booked date you will not be able to rebook or get a gift card. So please be sure to call beforehand.
Individuals: Wild Blue Ropes cannot issue refunds for reservation cancellations, however we are glad to reschedule your visit or provide a voucher for a future visit within the same calendar year.
Team Building / Group Adventures: Wild Blue Ropes is always glad to assist in rescheduling Team Building or Group Adventures as needed. However, as events require scheduling, custom plans, and extra staff, Wild Blue Ropes is unable to furnish a cancellation refund of your deposit, within one month of the event date.
Parties: Wild Blue Ropes can reschedule parties booked for another time / date as needed due to inclement weather, illness, or other mitigating factors. We are unable to refund deposits for party cancellation within two weeks of the event.
No shows: Please understand that due to staff scheduling no refunds will be given for reservation no shows.
Unless stated otherwise, Gift Vouchers / Certificates / Purchases are eligible for a full refund to the purchaser within 14 days of purchase, given the voucher remains unredeemed, and the event/activity has not lapsed. Service and processing fees do apply. A refund cannot be given for a gift visit which has been used. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser, and the monies will be refunded directly to the original method of payment. Refunds cannot be given on expired, extended or exchanged passes. Competition prizes or promotional free gifts cannot be refunded. To request a refund please contact us directly at (845)225-1555. *
Unless stated otherwise, non-gift purchases are non-refundable & have no cash value. Wild Blue Ropes is always happy to assist with arranging a visit for a future date / time.
* All other circumstances are subject to the discretion of Wild Blue Ropes Adventure Park. Please note, this may result in partial refunds in the form of on-site credit, or a refund may not be permitted.
WILD BLUE ROPES BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES
All party participants must have completed a Wild Blue Ropes waiver. Please visit Online Waiver (or click “Sign Our Waiver” at the bottom left of the website) to access the waiver via computer, laptop, smartphone, pad or tablet. A signed release form may be filled out in advance or at the time of arrival by a parent or guardian.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of party booking to hold your date / time. Cash, checks, or credit cards are accepted. Full BALANCE payment is on the party date.
Please call 3 days prior to your scheduled party to confirm the number of children attending, so you are assured proper staffing. (Staffing is determined by the number you give us at this time; you will be charged accordingly.)
Scheduled parties will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please ask your guests to arrive fifteen minutes early to complete any outstanding waivers & gear up before the party begins.
Make sure your party guests are dressed appropriately for the ropes.
- NO flip-flops, sandals or open toe shoes.
- Comfortable clothing appropriate for climbing & outdoor activity. Please keep current Charleston temperatures in mind.
- Long hair should be pulled back, and jewelry removed or taped over as needed.
WBR Birthday parties are timed with ALL of our guests in mind. Therefore, we charge an additional $50.00 fee for those birthday parties running more than 10 minutes late in the designated party area.
